I am hosting a LIVE 2-day workshop onSaturday, April 23rd  – Sunday, April 24th !!

This will be a LIVE event where I will be breaking down the fundamentals of training A-Z! Everything you NEED to know to gain muscle faster and more efficiently, reduce the chance of injury, optimize your physique/body recomposition and be an overall better athlete!! 

ALL ATTENDEES WILL RECEIVE A GOODIE BAG PACKED WITH A BLUE STAR SHAKER, SAMPLES, IRON SHARPENS IRON OR MUSCLE MASOCHIST T-SHIRT OR TANK ( LEAVE SIZE WHEN YOU REGISTER), A SIGNED PHOTO  + MORE!  

YOU WILL ALSO RECEIVE PHOTOS AND VIDEO OF THE EVENT!

DAY 1: 12:00 – 3:00PM / 4:00 – 7:00PM 

    • 11:30am: Registration / Complimentary gift bag 
    • 12: Introduction / Briefing on what to expect during the camp!
    • 12:05 Speech / Come up story 

NUTRITION SEGMENT12:35PM

  • Breaking down Calories (what are they, how they’re used?) 
  • Do Macros Matter? (Macronutrient basics and how to use them for the optimal CICO)
  • Body Breakdown!!  “What actually happens when you put food in your mouth” 

(Breaking down and understanding the Digestive system)

  • Food Selection and making better choices goal specific 
  • The law of Thermodynamics (calories in vs calories out) 
  • Open Floor to questions nutrition related 


TRAINING SEGMENT 1:00PM

  •  Form Fundamentals: Perfecting your Techniques  
  • DIVING DEEPER INTO THE F.I.L.M. METHOD AND T.E.E.R. SYSTEM! 
      • Hypertrophy:  Myofibrillar  /  Sacroplasmic 
      • TUT (Time Under Tension)
      • TEMPO
      • ROM (Range Of Motion) / Importance of Mobility
      • Core Engagement 
      • Shoulder Depression 
      • Protraction / Retraction 
      • Hip / Knee Flection 
  • LIVE DEMOS on proper form and technique with Attendee participation! 
  • Open floor questions about training. 

  • BREAK FOR LUNCH AT 3:00 PM

    OPEN FLOOR COACHING4:00 – 6:00 PM

    Apply everything you’ve learned with an open floor training session where I come around and coach you throughout your workout!

    • OPEN FLOOR COACHING

    Get a second day of coaching with day 2 open gym training!!
